Jena Postma
Creative Producer
Jena is a freelance multi-disciplinary designer and photographer based in New York City. She is a mission-driven maximizer with a wide creative background that spans across NGO’s, the start-up space, and corporate. She is a photojournalistic storyteller who loves to help build and strengthen brands across a diversity of industries - from innovative ad campaigns for running apparel (Bandit Running), to designing programming materials for a venture-building ecosystem (Praxis). Formerly, she designed web and digital products for purpose-driven non-profits at a marketing agency in Seattle, and ran operations/community events for WeWork HQ.
An avid runner and cyclist, she’s passionate about using every platform for good - in 2018, she cycled across the continental USA on behalf of charity:water, raising over $100K for clean water projects. She’s also launched multiple successful fundraising initiatives through races - running 3 of the Abbott World Marathon Majors (and counting), advocating for neurological condition solutions and children's cancer care research in the United Kingdom.
Jena obtained a BS in Business Marketing and Design from Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles, and completed the User Experience (UX) Design Certification program from Cornell University. She values connection, working towards the common good, and believes that people are worth knowing.
