Christians For Impact

Helping ambitious, analytical Christians pursue meaningful and impactful careers.

  • Christians for Impact is a nonprofit that helps analytically-minded Christians pursue vocations with real and radical impact.

  • Young Christians feel called to pursue careers that help renew our fallen world, careers tackling global problems such as extreme poverty, climate change, and the unreached. But there exist little to no faith-based resources showing them how to tackle these problems in strategic and effective ways.

  • We offer one; a podcast where we talk with Christians about the world's most pressing problems, two; a website with reports on global injustices and how Christians can impact them, and three; 1-on-1 career impact mentorship, drawing on 50+ mentors.

  • We envision thousands of talented and ambitious Christians who faithfully follow Jesus and spread the Gospel in word and deed, who otherwise might have lost their faith or settled for a less impactful career.

  • JD's project help Christians to donate more effectively and pursue careers with maximum kingdom impact. Alongside running Christians for Impact, he organizes the Christian subcommunity of the Effective Altruism movement.

JD is grateful for his mentors, his wife Madi and his dog, Chloe. He lives in a suburb of Washington D.C. and worships at Union City Church.
